Objective

It helps technicians receive jobs in real time, update work status from the field, and ensure timely service delivery. By streamlining operations and reducing paperwork, the app increases efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Process

The development of the field service app begins with requirements analysis, where the needs of users such as administrators and field technicians are identified. This includes defining features like job assignment, task tracking, real-time updates, and reporting. After gathering requirements, the system design phase follows, where the app architecture, database structure, and user interface layouts are planned.
